How do I get a quote?
It's quick and hassle-free. Just choose the service you need, click the "Generate a quote" button, fill in the details and submit the form.
Do you require a deposit?
A deposit of 10% of the overall price is required upon booking some of our services.
Upon completion of service, the deposit is deducted from the final price.
Deposit becomes non-refundable if the cancellation policy has not been met.
Do you have a minimum charge?
Some of our services require a minimum charge.
Domestic, One-off, Deep and Commercial cleaning require a minimum of 2 HOURS booking.
Upholstery and Carpet cleaning do NOT require a minimum charge. Our aim is to provide the best competitive prices on the market depending on the conditions.
How do I cancel my booking?
You can cancel the booking up to 48 hours of the appointment and we will refund your deposit.
Should the cancellation occur within 48 hours of the appointment, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
You can re-schedule the appointment free of charge.

How do I pay for the service and deposit?
After generating a quote and confirming the booking, an initial invoice equal to 10% of the quoting price is sent to you.
Payment is done by bank transfer with the invoice number being the reference.
After completion of the service, a final invoice is generated and 10% of the total price is being deducted.
Payment is done by bank transfer or by cash.
