1 Bedroom (house or flat) – includes 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bathroom (estimated cleaning time is 5 hours; if furnished + 1 hour)
2 Bedroom (house or flat) – includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room (estimated cleaning time is 8 hours; if furnished + 1 hour)
3 Bedroom (house or flat) – includes 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms / toilet, 1 living room (estimated cleaning time is 10 hours; if furnished + 1 hour)
